Established in 1976

Founded in 1976, Sunze Rubber Industrial Co., Ltd. is a Taiwanese manufacturer of rubber hose, hose fittings and camlock couplings. Nearly fifty years of production experience, an ISO 9001 quality system and in-house machining allow us to hold consistent tolerances across a wide size range and to quote OEM dimensions with confidence.

Our range covers camlock couplings, King Nipple and KC nipple hose fittings, ferrules and sleeves, T-bolt, double-bolt and interlocking clamps, quick couplings, pneumatic fittings and tubing, and industrial hose — produced in stainless steel 316 and 304, aluminium, brass and glass-filled polypropylene. Camlock couplings are made to A-A-59326 (MIL-C-27487) and MIL-C-24787, and dimensions are checked against the drawing in our own quality room before packing.

We supply distributors, wholesalers and OEM buyers in the United States, Australia, Europe and the Middle East, serving the oil and gas, chemical, municipal water, agricultural and homebrew industries. Working factory-direct, our goal is straightforward: quality that is consistent order after order, dependable lead times, and specifications that hold from sample to production run.

Machined, Measured, Packed and Shipped by Us

Production — CNC turning centres run coupling bodies, adapters and hose shanks in our own plant. Machining in-house is what lets us hold a wide size range and quote OEM dimensions.

Inspection — A dedicated quality room with a coordinate measuring machine and an optical comparator. Dimensions are checked against the drawing and the applicable standard, not eyeballed on the shop floor.

Packing — Sleeved, counted and boxed by hand. Carton marking, inner packing and private-label printing follow your specification.
