PU Reinforced Hose — Reinforced PU Air Hose Manufacturer in Taiwan
Sunze PU reinforced air hose is a polyurethane hose carrying a high-tensile polyester braid, so it holds 200 psi where an unreinforced PU tube of the same diameter could not. It is aimed at compressed air lines, air tools and mobile equipment where the hose is dragged, coiled and left out in the cold.
Polyurethane keeps its flexibility below 0 degrees C, which is where rubber and PVC air hose stiffen and crack. The hose is lighter than rubber of the same bore, so an operator handling it all shift feels the difference.

Why choose reinforced PU over plain PU tube?
The polyester braid is what carries the pressure. Plain PU tube of the same outside diameter is rated far lower and will balloon and burst under sustained line pressure. If the line runs at compressor pressure rather than low-pressure control air, it needs the reinforcement.
How does it behave in cold weather?
Polyurethane stays flexible below 0°C, where rubber and PVC air hose stiffen and can crack when dragged. That is the main reason this hose is specified for outdoor sites, cold stores and winter work.
How does it compare with rubber air hose on weight?
It is substantially lighter than rubber hose of the same bore, which is the difference an operator notices over a full shift. It also resists abrasion and oil, so dragging it over concrete and through a workshop does not cut its life short.
