Sunze Rubber Industrial Co., Ltd. has manufactured industrial hose fittings, couplings, clamps and rubber hose in Taiwan since 1976. Production runs under an ISO 9001 quality system with in-house CNC machining, so we hold consistent tolerances across the size range and quote OEM dimensions directly. What we manufacture

King Nipples and KC Nipples — NPT and BSP hose barb fittings

FDKP and FDKS series combination hose nipples, threaded to NPT or BSP SCH120, with serrated shanks for secure mechanical engagement under a band clamp. Camlock fittings and cam and groove couplings

Types A, B, C, D, E and F plus DC and DP, 1/2″ to 6″ (DN15 to DN150), in aluminium, 316 and 304 stainless, brass and glass-filled polypropylene, to MIL-C-27487 / A-A-59326 dimensions so they interchange with other brands at the same nominal size. Hose tails and ferrules

Hose clamps

T-bolt hose clamps in the EDA to EDG series, size codes 017 to 252, with plated carbon steel, 304 or 316 bands; also helix spiral wire clamps, double bolt clamps and DIN 2817 / EN 14423 safety clamps for steam and hot water. Oxy-acetylene and twin welding hose

We extrude, braid and vulcanise welding hose in our own plant, with every coil pressure tested. The standard range is rated 20 bar (300 psi) working and 60 bar (900 psi) burst, for continuous service from −30 °C to +70 °C (−22 °F to +158 °F), in nominal bores from 3/16″ (4.8 mm) to 1/2″ (12.5 mm). Colour codes are built to the market you name — EN ISO 3821 reference build for Europe, Australia, New Zealand and most of Asia, or CGA / ANSI Z49.1 practice for North America. Pneumatic and compressor air hose, pipe fittings and anti-vibration mounts

Compressor air and pneumatic hose, machined pipe fittings with BSP and NPT threading, and the Kurashiki anti-vibration mount and pad range.

OEM, ODM and private label

We manufacture to drawing and to sample, and support private-label packaging and part numbering. Tooling for non-standard shank profiles, thread forms and band widths is made in-house.
