Taiwan Factory-Direct Oxy-Acetylene Twin Welding Hose
We extrude, braid and vulcanise twin welding hose under one roof — so you buy at mill price, to your own spec, with full traceability. SBR+NBR tube and cover, high-tensile PE braid reinforcement, and a 900 psi burst rating on every production run.
No trading house. No mark-up. No guesswork.
Most welding hose sold under distributor labels is bought in and re-badged. Ours is made on our own calenders, extruders and autoclaves — which means we can change a compound, a colour or a print legend for you without asking anyone's permission.
Mill pricing
You pay the factory, not the layers above it. Container-load and mixed-pallet pricing available on request.
Spec control
Tube compound, cover hardness, braid density, wall thickness and colour are all specified per order — not fixed by a catalogue.
Your brand on the hose
Continuous embossed or printed legend with your brand, standard reference, size and production date. See how to spec twin welding hose for OEM.
Traceable batches
Every run is logged from compound mixing to final pressure test, so a field question can be traced back to a batch.
Three layers built to hold 900 psi
Our twin welding hose is a bonded pair — a fuel-gas line and an oxygen line joined along a tear-apart web, so the pair stays tidy on the shop floor and separates cleanly at the torch end.
Inner tube — SBR + NBR
Smooth, gas-tight bore compounded for acetylene, propane, LPG, MAPP and oxygen service.
Reinforcement — high-tensile PE braid
Close-pitch synthetic braid carries the pressure load and keeps the hose flexible in cold weather.
Cover — SBR + NBR
Abrasion, oil, ozone and flame-spark resistant, in the colour convention required by your market.
Standard twin welding hose range
Sizes below are our running stock specification. Wall thickness, colour and length are configurable — tell us the standard you sell into and we will quote to it.
| Nominal ID | ID (mm) | OD (mm) | Working pressure | Burst pressure | Standard colours |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3/16" | 4.8 | 11.5 | 20 bar / 300 psi | 60 bar / 900 psi | Red + Green |
| 1/4" | 6.3 | 13.5 | 20 bar / 300 psi | 60 bar / 900 psi | Red + Green / Red + Blue |
| 5/16" | 8.0 | 15.5 | 20 bar / 300 psi | 60 bar / 900 psi | Red + Green / Red + Blue |
| 3/8" | 9.5 | 17.5 | 20 bar / 300 psi | 60 bar / 900 psi | Red + Green / Red + Blue |
| 1/2" | 12.5 | 21.5 | 20 bar / 300 psi | 60 bar / 900 psi | Red + Green |
Temperature range
−30 °C to +70 °C (−22 °F to +158 °F) continuous service.
Lengths & packing
Cut lengths from 3 m to 100 m, or bulk coils. Shrink-wrapped, carton or wooden reel for export.
Fittings
Supplied bare, or fitted with 9/16"-18 UNF (A/B size), G1/4, G3/8 or your nominated connector, with check valves and flashback arrestors on request.
Colour convention varies by market — red for the fuel-gas line is near universal, but the oxygen line is blue under ISO and European practice and green under US practice (CGA / ANSI Z49.1). Tell us the destination country and we will confirm the convention. More detail in our OEM specification guide.
Every process step is ours
Compounding, sheeting, extrusion, braiding, tape wrapping and vulcanisation all happen in our own facility. Nothing critical is subcontracted, so lead times and quality stay under our control.
Tested before it ships — and tested again independently
Every coil is pressure tested before packing. Beyond that, we submit production samples to third-party laboratories so your buyers get a report they recognise, not just our word.
In-line testing
Continuous wall-thickness monitoring during extrusion, plus dimensional and adhesion checks at each shift change.
100% pressure test
No coil leaves the plant without a hydrostatic proof test at the rated working pressure.
Third-party verification
Hydrostatic proof testing verified by SGS Taiwan. Report TV-24-02528 is published in full below. Material declarations are issued with shipment on request.
We build to the standard named on your order and supply the corresponding test evidence. If you need a specific certification scheme or a country-specific marking, raise it in your enquiry.

Trusted by distributors and welding-equipment brands
“We moved our twin hose programme here after two seasons of inconsistent wall thickness from our previous supplier. Three container loads in, the gauge has been dead on every time.”
“They printed our own legend and standard reference on the cover and shipped inside the quoted lead time. That combination is rarer than it should be.”
“Technical questions get answered by someone who has actually stood next to the autoclave. It makes specification changes far less painful.”
Buying twin welding hose from the factory
What is oxy-acetylene twin welding hose?
It is a bonded pair of rubber hoses used to carry fuel gas and oxygen from the regulators to a cutting or welding torch. One line carries acetylene, propane, LPG or MAPP and is normally red; the other carries oxygen and is green or blue depending on the market. The two are joined along a web so they lie flat and can be torn apart at the ends for connection.
What are your hoses made of?
An SBR+NBR inner tube, a high-tensile polyester/PE braid reinforcement layer, and an SBR+NBR cover. The NBR content gives oil and fuel resistance in the bore; the braid carries the pressure load and lets the hose stay flexible in cold conditions.
What pressure rating do you supply?
Standard production is rated 20 bar (300 psi) working pressure with a 60 bar (900 psi) minimum burst, giving a 3:1 safety factor. Higher-rated constructions can be quoted where a market standard requires it.
Do you accept OEM and private-label orders?
Yes. We produce under customer brands routinely. We can apply your embossed or printed legend to the cover, match your colour reference, build to your wall thickness, and supply in your own cartons and labels.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on size, colour and whether the hose carries a custom legend. Standard colours in a running size can be quoted at low volumes; a bespoke compound or colour needs a full production run. Send us the size and annual volume and we will give you the exact figure.
How long is your lead time?
Typical production lead time is 20–30 days after order confirmation for standard specifications, plus shipping. Custom colours, printed legends or fitted assemblies add to that. We confirm a firm date on every proforma invoice.
Can you supply the hose already fitted with connectors?
Yes. We supply bare hose in coils, or finished assemblies crimped with 9/16"-18 UNF, G1/4, G3/8 or your nominated fitting, with check valves and flashback arrestors added if you need them.
Which standards can you build to?
We build to the standard named on your purchase order and supply the corresponding test evidence. Tell us where the hose will be sold and we will confirm what we can certify.
Do you provide test reports and samples?
Yes. Samples are available for evaluation, and we can supply SGS or equivalent third-party test reports on production material along with material declarations for your import documentation.
Which countries do you export to?
We ship worldwide from Taiwan on FOB, CIF or DDP terms as agreed. Export packing, container loading plans and shipping documentation are handled in-house.
Tell us the size, the volume and the market
