Nylon Tubing — Nylon 6 / PA Pneumatic Tubing Manufacturer in Taiwan

Sunze nylon tubing is extruded from polyamide 6 (nylon 6) for pneumatic air lines and instrument lines where the tube has to take pressure, rubbing and a corrosive atmosphere without going brittle. It is the harder, higher-pressure alternative to PU tube, and holds its shape in tight routing where a softer tube would kink.

The CEND series runs from 4 mm to 16 mm outside diameter, plus two imperial sizes. Nylon 12 (N12) is available on request when a more flexible, lower-moisture-uptake grade is needed.

What is the difference between nylon tubing and PU tubing?

Nylon 6 is harder and takes more pressure and abrasion than polyurethane, and it resists corrosive atmospheres better. PU is softer, bends to a tighter radius and is more forgiving on a drag chain or a hand tool drop. Choose nylon for fixed plant air lines and instrument lines, PU where the tube moves.

Do you supply Nylon 12?

Yes, N12 is available on request. Nylon 12 takes up less moisture than nylon 6 and stays more flexible, which matters on outdoor runs and in humid plants. Tell us the size and quantity and we will quote it.

What roll lengths do you supply?

Small sizes up to 6 mm OD are supplied in 200 m rolls, and 8 mm OD and above in 100 m rolls. Other lengths can be run to order.
